Registration information follows the list of classes

Inclement weather policy:

-- If Howard County schools are closed, all Computer Seniors' classes for the day will be canceled.

-- If Howard County schools have delayed opening, Computer Seniors' morning classes will begin at 10:00 am and afternoon classes will begin as originally scheduled.

-- If Howard County schools close early, Computer Seniors' afternoon classes will be canceled.

If the first day of a two-day class is canceled, the second day will also be canceled.

In the event of cancelation, Computer Seniors will reschedule the classes.

Call the center at 410-313-1400 to check the status of classes.

NOTICE: Classes offered at Ellicott City are taught on the Windows Vista operating system.

Introduction to Windows Class fee $40 (4 hours of instruction) Prerequisite: "Introduction to Personal Computers " or permission of the instructor.	Jan 23 & 24	1:00 - 3:00 PM
Introduction to the Internet and Email Class fee $40 (4 hours of instruction) Prerequisite: "Introduction to Windows" or permission of the instructor.	Jan 31 & Feb 1	1:00 - 3:00 PM
Advanced Email Class fee $40 (4 hours of instruction) Prerequisite: "Introduction to the Internet and Email" or permission of the instructor.	Feb 7 & 8	1:00 - 3:00 PM
Introduction to Word Processing Using Microsoft Word Class fee $40 (4 hours of instruction) Prerequisite: "Introduction to Windows" or permission of the instructor.	Feb 13 & 14	1:00 - 3:00 PM
PC Maintenance Class fee $20 (2 hours of instruction) Prerequisite: "Introduction to Windows" and at least 6 months experience with a personal computer or permission of the instructor.	Feb 21	1:00 - 3:00 PM
Introduction to Spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel Class fee $40 (4 hours of instruction) Prerequisite: "Introduction to Windows" and some experience and level of comfort using other programs, such as Works, Word, Quicken, etc. or permission of the instructor.	Feb 28 & 29	1:00 - 3:00 PM
Introduction to Microsoft PowerPoint Class fee $40 (4 hours of instruction) Prerequisite: "Introduction to Windows" and some experience and level of comfort using other programs, such as Works, Word, Quicken, etc. or permission of the instructor.	Feb 3 & 10	1:00 - 3:00 PM
Skype for Phone and Video Calls Class fee $20 (2 hours of instruction) Prerequisite: Good knowledge of Windows, keyboarding, and using the mouse or permission of the instructor.	Jan 5	1:00 - 3:00 PM

Open Labs and Q&A Sessions Laboratory (practice) sessions are available free of charge to students who have taken a Computer Seniors of America class	Every Friday	9:00 - 11:00 am
Registration procedure (Pre-registration is required for all classes)
For classes and student labs at Ellicott City Senior Center (9401 Frederick Road, Ellicott City)	Visit the Center's reception desk; call 410-313-1400 for information
Prospective students may download and print the Registration Form to complete in advance of visiting the reception desk to register for a class.
